Valentina Igoshina (born 4 November 1978 in Bryansk, Russia) is a Russian pianist. She began piano lessons with her mother at age four and went on to study at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory under Larissa Dedova and Nikolai Lugansky. She built an international reputation through a string of competition successes, including prizes at the Arthur Rubinstein in Memoriam Competition in Bydgoszcz (1993), the Sergei Rachmaninoff International Piano Competition in Moscow (1997), the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels (2003), and the José Iturbi International Piano Competition in Valencia (2006), along with an honorable mention at the 2000 International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw.

Igoshina has built a performing and recording career centred on the core Romantic piano repertoire, particularly Chopin, Rachmaninoff, and Tchaikovsky, appearing regularly with orchestras and in recital across Europe. She has also become an active teacher, holding a professorship at the Royal Conservatoire of Brussels, where she passes on the Russian pianistic tradition of her own training to a new generation of performers.
