Julia Lange is a German guitarist from Babenhausen/Langstadt who started on classical guitar at age eight before turning her focus to fingerstyle playing on steel-string acoustic guitar. Since September 2017 she has studied acoustic guitar at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden.

Lange’s arrangements, blending percussive fingerstyle technique with classical foundations, have drawn millions of views on YouTube. She has performed in Poland, France, Spain and Hong Kong, was invited by Deutsche Grammophon to accompany soprano Nadine Sierra in Berlin, and accompanied tenor Rolando Villazón on ARTE’s “Stars von Morgen” in 2018.
