Julia Trintschuk is a German classical guitarist who began learning guitar at age four with her father, Anatolij Trintschuk. At age six she became a student of Prof. Mario Sicca in Stuttgart, later studying with Martin Wiedmann, Prof. Johannes Monno, Ivo and Sofia Kaltchev and Mateus dela Fonte, graduating with distinction from her Bachelor’s degree in 2018. In 2021 she earned her Master’s degree with distinction at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf under Prof. Joaquin Clerch.

Dubbed the “Madonna with guitar” by the press, Trintschuk has received over 30 prizes in international and national guitar and music competitions and has performed as soloist and chamber musician in more than 20 countries. She launched her performing career at 16 with Joaquín Rodrigo’s “Concierto de Aranjuez.” Since 2017 she has been a Savarez artist, releasing her debut album “Giocosa” that year, and she is also an Alhambra guitars artist. She teaches at the Karlsruhe University of Music.
