Nemanja Radulović (b. 1985, Niš, Serbia) began violin studies in 1992 and trained in Belgrade and at the Hochschule für Musik Saar before moving to France at fourteen to study with Patrice Fontanarosa at the Conservatoire de Paris. His international breakthrough came in 2006 when he stepped in for an ailing Maxim Vengerov to perform Beethoven’s Violin Concerto with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France under Myung-Whun Chung. He won the George Enescu International Competition (2001), the Stradivarius competition in Cremona (2001), and the Joseph Joachim Violin Competition in Hanover (2003), and has since built an extensive discography for Deutsche Grammophon and Decca. He leads the chamber ensembles Les Trilles du Diable (The Devil’s Trills) and Double Sens alongside a busy solo career.

Radulović is known for a distinctive, visually expressive performance style and for championing chamber-ensemble collaboration alongside a soloist career, helping draw new audiences to violin recitals.
