The Tuscan Guitar Duo, formed by Gabriele and Chiara, began performing together in 2014 while studying with M° Giampaolo Bandini at the Conservatorio L. Boccherini in Lucca, Italy, where both graduated with full marks and honours (110/110). They have attended masterclasses individually and as a duo with musicians including the Trio di Parma, David Russell, Zoran Dukić, Oscar Ghiglia, Duo Melis, and Marcin Dylla.

The duo is one of the few guitar ensembles to have presented the complete Goldberg Variations of J.S. Bach in concert, a work that has been part of their repertoire since 2019, alongside two-guitar repertoire such as Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s Preludes and Fugues.
