The Script are an Irish pop-rock band formed in Dublin by Danny O’Donoghue and Mark Sheehan, later joined by drummer Glen Power, after the founders worked as producers in Los Angeles. Their self-titled 2008 debut and subsequent albums, including Science & Faith (2010) and #3 (2012), topped the Irish and UK charts and produced hits such as “Breakeven” and “Hall of Fame.”
The band has sold over 20 million albums worldwide and remains a prominent commercial pop-rock act, continuing to record following co-founder Mark Sheehan’s death in 2023.
