Miriam Melanie Bryant (born March 8, 1991) is a Swedish singer-songwriter with a British father and Finnish mother. She began releasing music in 2012, signing with Warner Music Sweden and Interscope Records, and gained wider international attention through a remix collaboration with DJ Zedd. Her 2016 single “Black Car” became a major Swedish hit, and in February 2016 she made chart history as the first act to simultaneously hold the top three spots on the Svensktoppen chart since its 1962 debut.

Bryant is one of contemporary Sweden’s notable pop exports, praised by British music press as a rising pop talent; English-language source coverage is comparatively limited outside Wikipedia and Scandinavian music press.
