Biography (read more)

Cynthia (Xinyan) Sun is a young Chinese classical guitarist who gained attention as a child prodigy, performing demanding repertoire such as Leo Brouwer’s Sonata No. 1 and Fernando Sor’s Introduction and Variations on a theme by Mozart at a very young age. Documented performances circulated by Siccas Media show her tackling advanced concert repertoire well beyond typical student level, including Paganini’s Caprice No. 24 and Villa-Lobos’s Étude No. 2.

Sun’s videos, produced and promoted by Siccas Media, have been widely shared within the classical guitar community as an example of exceptional technical development in a young player. Independent biographical detail beyond her recorded performances is limited, so this profile is kept intentionally brief.
