Aristo Sham is a pianist from Hong Kong, born in 1996, who began piano with his mother at age three and later studied at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Harrow School, Harvard University (where he earned a BA in Economics), the New England Conservatory, and the Juilliard School, where he trained under Robert McDonald and Orli Shaham. He has performed as a soloist since 2007, appearing with orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra under Sir Simon Rattle.

Sham won the gold medal and Audience Award at the 2025 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, following earlier first-prize wins at the Monte Carlo Music Masters, the Young Concert Artists International Auditions, the Alessandro Casagrande International Piano Competition, and the New York International Piano Competition. These successes have established him as one of the leading pianists of his generation to emerge from Hong Kong.
