Depapepe is a Japanese acoustic guitar duo consisting of Takuya Miura (b. 1983) and Yoshinari Tokuoka (b. 1977), formed in 2002. They achieved mainstream success with their 2005 major-label debut album ‘Let’s Go!!!’ after releasing three independent albums.

Depapepe helped popularize instrumental acoustic guitar as a commercial genre in Japan, gaining wide exposure through anime soundtracks such as ‘Honey and Clover’ and building a repertoire spanning original compositions, classical arrangements, and J-pop covers.
